Shipping
For UK orders we use Royal Mail First Class postage and for international orders we use Royal Mail Standard International Shipping.
Shipping costs are UK £3.00 per order, Europe £5.50 per order and £7.00 per order for other destinations.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Washing and care
Please follow the labelled instructions carefully, in particular wash inside out at a temperature not exceeding 30° and do not tumble dry or dry clean.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to be happy with your product but if you wish to return an item you may do so within 14 days from the date you received it.
Your item must be unused, labels intact, and be in the same saleable condition in which it was received and be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase. Provided we are satisfied that these conditions are met a refund will be made via your original method of payment. The customer is responsible for meeting any shipping costs associated with a return.
